We offer a standard shipping option through USPS. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (lower 48). If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service for assistance. We are willing to work with you regardless of your location, reach out to us and we will provide a personalized proposal. 

4. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 days.

7. International Customs and Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred upon international shipping. BagBandz is not responsible for these additional charges.

In the event of delivery issues, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will work to resolve the matter and assist you in tracking down your order. If USPS tracking shows package delivered to buyer's address, all disputes will need to be made by buyer with local post office.

BagBandz is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier service interruptions. We will, however, strive to provide timely updates and support.
